The Silver order for Soldiers should be 3 - III and above?

Currently using a Silver Card you can get a II Soldier and above should it be III and above ??

If it was III and above 9 Cards would guarantee me a level V Soldier Which would get me … wait for it

A silver weapon card … which would be what a 1 star to 3 star weapon ???

But at least hording 9 cards could guarantee you a level IV which then you would never loose a battle …

Silver weapon cards at the moment are best used for upgrading tanks, as you can’t get the parts from bronze orders currently. You also currently need multiple silver weapon order cards for a single weapon of a reasonable tier.
