When i finally get my guns top modified, through going through all the other level ups and upgrades needed
Then if i decide i want something else like a tank upgrade and need the orders
The selling the gun or dismantling the gun only refunds me back a fraction of what i invested
I traded in three fully upgraded sniper rifles mk owens brownings etc
And the upgrade isnt even enough for one tank modification
all it gets me is ONE UPGRADE on a sub machine gun for ONE SOLDIER from ONE UNIT
what a cash cow, i love the game but its money money money
ya not worth it just save up
save for what
I advice you to keep using low lvl fully stared weaponry over mid lvl stock one.
Most of the time, that low lvl smg is better than later ones, and cheaper to max. Until you reach the weapon you truly want to use later on.
Take the Tunisia Beretta m1 as example. It’s a mere lvl 8 campaign unlock… and yet can be safely used til late game once you unlock the lvl 33 Beretta! It’s also one of the most cost effective quality smg of the game, along the pps42 in Berlin. Why? they cost NOTHING (compared to later variants) to max out, beign only 4 stars, instead of 5 or 6.
yes but why when it took me forever to build up grind and max out my sniper rifles etc
is the refunded orders literally about 5 per cent
how is that fair lol
Sniper rifles?
You are in luck. Starter sniper rifles are often-most the best snipers in all campaigns (exept Tunisia Lee Enfield sniper. It’s a beauty. as is Moscow G98, but that one comes with a bad scope). The ones you unlock later on… always REDUCE your engagement distance, passing from powerful accurate bolt actions, to less powerful, MUCH LESS accurate semi autos. you can keep using bolt action snipers at late game easily.
If you feel a semi auto are a good choice… Just equip regular semis on your riflemen instead, it’s their job to be closer to the actions.
whole point of this game is to make economy tedious so you spend money. so you must be smart about spending orders, unless you want to whale through this game.
class 1 soldiers (assaulters 1, rifleman 1 etc.) are pretty good. if they can get to 16 in all categories, you can get all most expensive perks. unless you are targeting specific build where you need class 3 soldier, they are most cost efficient soldiers. just make sure you get max perk ones before you upgrade them to rank 5.
for weapons you need to be smarter. always leave squads and soldiers in reserve with default rifles without any equipment. upgrading first semi auto is usually good idea cause it is most versatile gun, cheap and you can use it till end game. for smg you need to find the one you are most comfortable with. dont just equip and upgrade everyone with newly unlocked ones if you find them shitty. for snipers you need to decide if you want to use bolties or semi auto (although i find them pretty useless most of the time).
vehicles are pretty expensive to upgrade as they get better. so you can ignore upgrades on most of the vehicles till end game ones. and hope you saved your vehicle upgrade orders for 6 star upgrade cause those are expensive. also one way to skip upgrade is to buy gold order vehicles.
i agree
im not a moaner
i love the game and the concept
am not after a quick fix
i put so many hours into it
but its like, 80 euros in i have no spare orders
dismantling everything gets me enough returned orders for ONE UPGRADE on a rubbish gun, for one soldier in one unit on one campaign…
Just purchase smart, like in real life.
Perform good in batles, and you see the economy isn’t bad.
On contrary. It’s actually reasonable and one will get all he needs to perform on batle.
But it’s all in how you perform in-game at the end of the day.
If you didn’t waste so much bronze on unnecessary upgrades for low-level infantry weapons then you would have had enough to upgrade the tank.
