3 real players vs 8 real players = I leave the match
total noob team vs full squads of decent players = I leave the match
map or game mode I dont like = leave the match
kamikaze cyclers = I leave the match
Moscow Manor Assault = I leave the match
I brought the wrong gear (BR1 setup but BR5 matchup) = I leave the game
So while I agree that people leaving matches is a big issue of this game, it is much much smarter to fight the root of this phenomenon.
-Let people have a system that allows them to pick favourite game modes and maps which then have a higher chance at appearing
-force the game into putting the same amount of group players on both sides of the team
-grant the kamikaze victim the kill of the kamikaze player, while not allowing the kamikaze player to get any point or kills for their action
-balance out the game modes, Assault is very in favour of the defenders, because the attackers need to capture AND hold two objectives at once, while Invasion is very much in favour to the attackers, because the progress of capturing will not reset.
-and last thing that speaks against too big penalties for leaving, is that sometimes accidents happen, and super hard punishment will be very frustrating for players that brought in the wrong gear, need to quit the game, or simply crash their game.

Why do you qualify for points if you refuse to attack even those who commit suicide?
Is this fair to players who work hard to intercept and counterattack?
Why are they not eligible to receive points for using explosives to kill people based on their ability?

The biggest reason for your failure is never your enemies but your teammates who are negative and refuse to think.
Its broken mechanic, trying to shift the burden of it to players by either sitting entire game in AA or play fighter is some serious mental gymnastics to begin with.
Getting the kill for a plane because of hitting it with a pistol is kinda ridiculous though right, still I get what you are saying.
Anyway, I disagree with you disagreeing, because I actually do believe the suicide kill should only go to the victim - if no one has hit the plane before - which happens waaay more often then you believe.
If there are 10 people and no one wants to try and stop these things that are killing you and your teammates (be it camps or vehicles or whatever)
Then it’s just pure selfishness and laziness
This terrible carnage was of their own doing.
They prefer suffering death and destruction to contributing to the team
If they really want to win or live longer
They should think carefully about what is the right thing to do
Rather than crying and complaining that something is killing you again
There is no such thing as morality or military tribunals in war and PVP
Any tactics and equipment that are efficient and can demoralize the enemy are reasonable.

I have a strat for making it a lot more likely to win, but it IS dependent on having at least 1 other competent teammate or at least some teammates who can capture an objective without my help. Works best when I’m playing with my friend cause we can just about steamroll Assault playing together. Lol
I think having your rewards dropped to 0 for that match and the next is fine. Just means you have to find a way to enjoy playing a game instead of just grind grind grind grind… Trust me Enlisted’s a fun game. I recommend more people round here try playing it. Some might even like it. Lol
Can I at least whine and complain that German’s Pz 3N, MP40, IAR, MG13, and MG34 is what led me to defeat frequently and these wehraboos still cries that their vehicles and equipment is shit and tries so hard to convince people by nerd shit stats with tiny issues? 77% Win Rates is really really bad. It means you only won roughly 7 out of 10 matches. Nerf the Panzer IIIN. That is not fair, that KGB cannot win 11 out of 10 matches or at least 8.
Since its somewhat proven even according to you that equipment stats indeed favors soviets.
So, if you still with better equipment managed to lose against inferior equipment in 30 seconds according to you.

I would rather avoid RNG as much as possible but understand it may be a necessary evil. My proposal is a bit different:
Have a system that allows you to select maps and modes, but not individual missions (I don’t think its right you could choose only to play attacks for example).
Free Players if Complete X Games on maps and modes not selected, next game is guaranteed. Increased chance to get the modes and maps regardless of Complete X Counter.
Premium Members can choose to use F2P Option or Guarantee Only Their Selections noting it may take longer to find matches the more restrictive you make it.
This is tough to do without forcing join any while maintaining reasonable queue times. IMO, it would be best to set the +1 or -1 MM to hard (instead of the current soft rule) getting rid of the 1-3 and 3-5 that many don’t like but do the following:
Post Clearly Estimated Wait Times of Selected Queues
Allow Multi Faction Select, not just either 1 or 4 nations … allow me to pick 1, 2, 3, or 4
Follow Through with XP Bonus for multi nation … make it impact more the more nations you pick
Make Join in Progress an Option in Settings, preferably with a Time setting (where I can pick how long the match has been running).
Due to lag spikes and such, I actually don’t think this is fair.
Defense in general will usually favor defenders if the skill level is similar. Assault specifically though, I think should have some sort of mechanic for getting tickets on 1 objective … maybe a holding mechanic … where you get X tickets back for Y Minutes Held. I actually like Assault being a mode where defenders can retake it as it allows defense to complete things like objective capture tasks/quests and such. Its one of my favorite game modes honestly, regardless of attack or defense.
From what i saw of the proposed penalties they were only to be implemented if you left after a certain point (I think its more for those that are winrate farming) … I personally think that a desertion rate in the stat page would work better for that though. IE your stat shows 90+ % win rate but the next line shows a 40% desertion rate of matches.
Get rid of the rankings, this way NO ONE knows if their team mates or enemies are vets or noobs. This also will prevent some people from quitting because they know they are in a match they cannot win, so why take a hit on their rank? Quit, and hope the next game is better. The match I bailed on because they started me out midway in the second objective. I believe seven people had deserted…Including myself. Out of those seven, the lowest ranked one was a Brigadier General, the rest were Marshalls.
ENSECENTIVES, ENCENTIVES, ENCENTIVES… Why is the ONLY solution to penalize? I never understand that one unless there is money at stake. No one is out anything if people are given incentives to stay, like more experience points and silver. There is a much better chance of keeping people till the end if they actually get some benefit for their butt reaming. Why is this not a concept people seem willing to engage in? Penalizing will do nothing to stop deserting, nothing…
