i think it can be Change to Increase labor consumption 。now，each corps use 12 manpower.
so a new player use Initial Corps , it can’t need 12 manpower.，it will use less manpower
a Complete Corps will use 12 manpower in the hand of Skilled player。and Corps of different sizes can be have different tactical and strategic values.
then different corps will get more difference degree. some gold corps will have its more valuable
the Rifleman need less manpower, and the sniper need more manpower.
then if you had waste too more manpower ,and get a poor grade in one match, you will get less XP income. the others use less manpower, and get a good grade in one match, they will get a little more XP.
