Looking back at your reply now, I think it can be added in the future. That is, each BR might need to be split into sub-ranges like 1.0 - 1.5, and so on. For instance, which options can remain stably in BR1, and which have a higher probability of being matched to a higher-level BR. Otherwise, for such small vehicles, being matched to BR2 means no chance of survival. There should be some protection mechanism to ensure they can function properly.
