I really donât use the body armor except in my BR5 premium squads where their is not much choice. However, whether people like it or not, there is no reason for this to have been a topic for as long as it has with nothing being addressed.
If the Devâs have no plans on ever changing it, then they should state that on the forum, probably through one of the moderators I would assume. However, just leaving people up in the air about it while they continue to complain IMOP is kind of lame.
My opinion is that the Devâs have no desire to change it, and if that is so then they should inform the forum one way or the other. Just letting people continue to post weekly about it for years without addressing it is the problem. I mean, how hard would it be for the Devâs to say we plan on addressing that at some point, or we have no intention on ever addressing it.

Early Panzer IVâs have little pen in their APHE shells. The APHE shell you want for the Chaffee has good pen and good HE filler. We also have to look at Caliber, penetration, armor, whether it has a MG or not, what MG it has, transmission, speed, Neutral steering, whether it has a turret or not, depression, turret rotation, reload time, and as well, HE filler. I left out many factors for your sake and mine.
I have my theory on why it is the case.
Devs are (often rightfully so) accused of being biased. Admitting they want to give 10% more health to just one faction, for no reason at all, would be saying âyesâ to those accusations

At this point, I am convinced that this is no longer speculation, they are bias. They are also the only faction to have an unlocked paratrooper squad, coincidence? 
When it comes to Soviet uniforms, I prefer clean and green to body armor.
