The problem with these kind of “WW2” pictures of May-August 1945 is that while technically correct, they are still post German surrender.
When all kinds of German projects not only fell into Allied hands, but were often continued to be supported by Allied authorities.
By those types of photos Maus is not only a true WW2 vehicle but also should be available to the Soviets.
It would still help in those very dark city buildings on berlin maps
These are fine and still would have a use even without night maps because they have a telescopic sight. Sure they dont really offer anything much different than a regular scoped rifle (besides slightly better view in dark corners) but theyre still neat!
I never said to give the Captured Stg 44 with night vision to the allies, I only corrected him

Simply an observation how “this was during WW2” can be sometimes deceiving if we consider Germany’s surrender in May, but the war continuing.
sorry nope, like these and other sources say it was tasted after german surrender in may. so post-war or did the japanes have stg44?

Soviet Maus? Now that you mention it - I am surprised that Soviets didnt get Super Pershing before the US.
It doesn’t matter if it’s after Germany surrender, the war only officially ended on September 2nd
if it´s a german weapon yes. so its tested after end of war in europe. so no use by usa or uk in ww2. easy task if you like it or not…
We have many weapons that were not used in WWII
thats a other point wich i dislike and hard mismatch the game description. much stuff wich not seen combat after ww1 or other wich was interwar but not later used, some fantasy equipment stuff, postwar tanks etc…
Because it would look stupid for people to be running around with night vision scopes in the middle of the day
Personally I think it looks stupid watching soldiers run around with machine guns handling them like they’re assault rifles, but that doesn’t make me vote No to more machine guns being added
You’re getting your wish, recent machineguns that are added are stuck as prone only, and you can see how fun it is
I never wished for it to affect gameplay, I just thought it looked silly. I think fun should take precedent over everything else, prone-only mechanics aren’t fun
