I logged thinking something was new about the event seeing there was 80+ new posts, but they’re ALL about a flame war…

They are still arguing about this PPSh with silencer while we are having PPD with silencer already just give more PPDs as event rewards. I dont understand the need of PPSh that maybe existed or maybe not since we have in game soviet weapon with silencer that is very similar.

I don’t mind if one is released tbh. They already made it, it was about to be released on TT (which would have been exaggerated).
We just need to wait for a new event or premium commando squad equipped with those and all will be fine.
I just don’t get why there’s a flame war about a silenced ppsh… in a thread about operation Market Garden!

They can add it as some premium or event but I dont see the need of it. But since they made it they can if its not in the TT and its some event squad. Its not something that im really interested in.

It can be an OMSBON - special unit during Battle of Moscow. There was sportsmen armed with some unique arms

I don’t want it at TT. I just want an event squad. I’m sure that would make more sense than half of Japan TT.

Add a premium or weapon stick to some squad - not a fair deal. Because first it was free and unlimited.
Well, taking it like mkb - fair trade. Rare unique guns.
Think about it, an event or premium squad would grand us minimum 5x silenced ppsh (and a hopefully cool looking squad) but as standalone event weapons… we would only get 3 or 4 maximum…

After damage, recoil and mag size, that’s a characteristic of a weapon worth mentioning.

I dont think the high specialised DP would be a fitting option personally, hence I was more thinking of a more direct GRU unit, maybe inspired by one of the units under Ilya Starinov. I also thought maybe of a SMERSH unit but they areny quite it either.

Ruslan Chumak answer me about PPsh:
Raised a question. In general, it’s a dark matter. It turned out that my photo of PPSH with Bramite is the same as you showed above, but in decent quality. On closer inspection, it doesn’t look like an obvious Photoshop. The idea of a magazine with an increased thickness for an elongated bullet in this photo is correct. At the same time, a thick magazine for a special cartridge was installed on PPD-Bramit, which has a lot of information about it. It can be accurately stated that during the tests, PPD-Bramite cartridges (cartridge case + light rifle bullet) were fired from PPSH for control purposes, but nothing was said about the silencer on PPSH.
I can’t add anything else.
So, we can say with confidence that the photo shows the correct details of the SMG pistol with a silencer - an elongated drum with bramit cartridges (it contains special bullets), otherwise it does not look like Photoshop - all the details are correct. Even a most intelligent researcher told that. There is also information about the BRAMIT drum tests. I see no reason to claim that this is all a hoax.
In addition, we have evidence from the famous creator of the Stechkin weapon. However, all these data - photo, proven by most famous researcher, words of Stechkin, info about its tests with a BRAMIT drum bullets - do not allow us to deny the PPSH with a silencer as a completely possible test sample.
If it not worth it. Well, go find a Hino rifle.
