Why you play Enlisted at the beginning?
Why you still play this game?
Keep the answers in mind.
For me, I play this game because its historicity and its battle atmosphere (hundards of soldiers in one map). And I kept playing this game because I enjoy farming bots.
Back to topic, what is the initial idea of merge?
【To Solve the issue that same weapon needs to unlock multiple times; and unwilling to divide player base even further】
According to the 3rd test, the merge update did a great job to solve issues on same weapon with multi-unlock and concentrate playerbase.
But it brings additional issue, the more weapon you unlock, the harder match you would experience. We enjoy to use Tiger to kill M4 Shermans; but we definitely not like playing M4 Sherman to again Tiger; and we are less enjoy to play same level weapon again another same level. In other words, use BR as example, everyone want to use BR 5 weapon against BR 1~4.
So, what can be the solution to help merge update?
I suggest to expand match scale and add fixed slots for bot.
Currently it is 10 vs 10; how about let try 20 vs 20 in next test server in the form of (15 players + 5 bots) in each side.
What do you think?

The detail of BR level of Bot could be set at 1 BR lower. But we can always come back and make improvement.
Just this, game is balanced now for bots anyway
Makes game more chill and spread out battle as players will start bot hunting
I needed a break from War Thunder and the Pacific reminded me of MoH Rising Sun

Because of Japan, and I will stay with Japan

why do you think BR will make historical accuracy worse?
we already have MKB at Moscow, 90% of the Wehrmacht running around with FG42s, ZH semi autos that never saw battle, both scoped FGs and STGs that never actually were used outside of field trials, ancient Soviet WW1 assault rifles dominating the meta, almost every Sherman ever being a Jumbo, Kamikaze pilots in Europe, Japanese Tanks other than Ha Go, and Germany dominating in Berlin - Steiner is a true hero of the Fatherland.
It might be bold of me to say what I will say, but if anything the new “Battle Rating” system has the potential of restoring a lot of historically accuracy - of course if done correctly.

I am not saying BR would make historical accuracy worse, I am saying BR could possibly make game less enjoyable.

Well yes, but again, “potentially” it can also fix alot of stuff, just depends on how it is done
Because I was actually playing against players, matches were not one-sided and a 9/10 win or lose, because the grind wasnt real.
A Captain always goes down with his ship. Also, forum is quite entertaining these days, especially since the br story came up again.

It never gets old.
Competition is bad.
Except they cant against 1 and 2.
Also, what is the difference from the present where people kill Stuarts with Panthers?
Except that wont fix anything except more bots to farm.
Game saved…

Honestly just for the drama, cuz all my friends left the game within 2 weeks and I am pretty much playing this game alone, and every update Devs can either make it worse or add more placebo, so yes just for the drama, either I watch it dies like H&G or become WT with infantry in all its bad, either I am entertained so yeah
20vs 20, yeah is funny because the server can’t handle more than 10vs10 squad without hitting the performance or the stability of the game, specially if there is bit too much tank wrecks in the map…
