I believe that, compared to these minor updates, it is more crucial to provide the existing gold infantry squad with an engineer and an anti-tank specialist, similar to the General Liu rifle squad featured in the event. Specifically, the two infantry soldiers in the gold squad should be transformed into an engineer and an anti-tank specialist
Some of the past commando squads, which only consisted of four people, should also be supplemented with engineers carrying corresponding gold-coin weapons

It depends on the way you use those squads. If I need an engineer, I’ll choose to another squad.
For now, I have chosen secondary weapon slots upgrade for these 9 person infantry squads, and I would prefer to equip them with two additional Mannlicher rifles.

I need those

If you want a additional gun equipped, you have 7 other riflemen to switch to

I simply want more, that’s why I buy those squads.
I know they don’t have AT soldier or enginer from the very beginning.

Yeah… like being a detriment to your team by not having an engi on every squad.

I disagree with just straight up changing two of the soldiers. I prefer eventually Special squads are customizable like regular units

Add specialists to premium&event nine Rifleman squads - Suggestions / Other - Enlisted — official forum
We have already discussed enough before

When developers decided to add AT soldiers to MG, assault, and engineer squads, some questioned why the same couldn’t be done to radio squads.
The response received was that 5 members are already the maximum number for the radio squad and they should not receive additional AT soldiers. The same principle applies to premium rifleman squads.
Without changing the number of soldiers, I guess most people, even 99%, wouldn’t mind replacing a radioman with an AT soldier…But this is not an option
Because the service content you purchased is clear, the composition of the squads is the essential attribute of the goods you purchased, and they are protected by rules and laws.

The TT soldiers you added for old assault squad were not included in the content you purchased, but it didn’t violate or change the content you purchased, which is very crucial.

How to avoid these
The simplest way is to provide another updated squads for free to players who have already purchased the old ones, but this will reduce profits.
Allowing players to choose whether to accept soldier replacement is also feasible, but it requires additional work.

my sd kfz 251/1s machine gun doesn’t seem to be protected by these laws.

It includes 6 crew members, and you can choose to replace 5 of them or choose not to replace the default soldiers.

i really couldn’t imagine arguing against giving a squad an engineer… like you need those one or two dudes as rifleman.

the devs have set a standard by adjusting the contents of that premium in fact the vehicles primary focus (armored, so therefore equipped with MG) was adjusted… not even the soldiers.

so now i will strawman that argument and whine about it whenever given the chance

I’m tired of discussing this topic, this will be my last reply.

you know that is never going to happen. lol.

I mean for other squads it has… but do you expect it for free?
