I’ve found out a small bug with the german APC that makes it keep on moving after exiting.
To reproduce:
1.Leave the vehicle with ‘J’ instead of ‘F’ (leave only with soldier instead of squad)
2. Steer to the left and right while exiting (press A and/or D)
It’s pretty slow though and stops when there is too much resistance.
But it even keeps on going after the other squad members leave the vehicle:
Combined with the fact that it acts as a spawn point I can see some fringe use cases where it’s nice to have the APC advance a few more meters on its own after you have exited.
From what I have tested this does not work with the non-half-tracked APCs of other nations.
Yes, it does also work with the two premium halftracks.
Yes, it does also work with halftrack “tanks” like the M13 MGMC.
