The G4M1 "Betty" - A Japanese glass cannon twin engine bomber for BR3

The G4M1 was Japan’s most widely used and produced medium bomber of WW2, and is the most famous Japanese bomber. Known in Japanese as the 一式陸上攻撃機 (Type 1 ground-based attack plane), “Betty” to Allied aviators, this plane has an interesting combination of stats and weapons that would make for a good BR3 attacker aircraft. Unlike most other twin engine bombers, the G4M1 has no added armor in order to save weight, but this meant that the plane was very soft skinned and easy to destroy under fire, to the point where it earned the nickname of “Flying Lighter”. Its stats are fairly similar to the A-20, Beaufighter, and other heavier twin engine bombers, but slightly worse in general. This plane completely lacks any pilot controlled weapons which isn’t great, but it’s defensive armament consists of four weak 7.7mm machine guns, as well as a fairly powerful 20mm cannon, but it’s the very back of the tail, which makes the range of fire rather small. The bomb load is where the plane will really shine though, having quite a few good options available that would transfer over well into Enlisted. There are options for twelve 60kg bombs, four 250kg bombs, a 500kg bomb, and even an 800kg bomb. I think most of these would be fairly well balanced for BR3, considering the many downsides this plane has compared to other similar types of aircraft. Personally, I think the twelve 60kg bombs would be best, but I can easily see the four 250kg bombs working as well, maybe the 800kg, but the 500kg bomb would be completely missing the point of adding this plane, since the D4Y1 would have the same bomb on a much better frame.
