Most I to IV vehicles are now equipped with hull-mounted machine guns, which should be a beneficial feature that delivers greater firepower when the commander takes control. However, the current reassignment system negates this advantage entirely. When crew members are incapacitated, surviving crew will prioritize filling the radio operator slot rather than the loader’s position. The radio operator slot even carries a higher priority weight than the gunner’s, which is completely illogical.
For a five-man crew that loses two members under the current rules, surviving crew will fill the roles of gunner, driver and radio operator first. This leaves the player only able to fire the main gun, wasting an available crew member slot entirely. It drastically reduces your efficiency against infantry and puts you at a severe disadvantage during tank duels.
The priority weights should be adjusted as follows: driver as highest priority, gunner and loader tied for second, commander third, and radio operator as the lowest priority of all.

- When the player controls the gunner, the radio operator will engage enemies autonomously.
