So I already read that there was a change. But I did not find any information on what you can do with the bronze orders now ? Actually I just randomly got 20 of them ?? What do I do with them now ?

You spend them on leveling up soldiers. Click on your soldiers and you can upgrade them under Perks. Of course, you’ll need to max out a soldier’s current level (i.e. max out the XP) before you can level up.
Upgrade max level of soldiers. Roll back level+perk to get random perk options
