Congrats! You basically don’t have to play the IS-2 anymore.
At least you can use it to support infantry.
Still, the 100mm HE rounds have clearly been deliberately nerfed.
You still have to aim carefully in some areas, or hit the infantry directly for it to work.
Looking forward to the T-44 tank coming later.

I won that tank and two other Allied tanks last year in the mystery box. I have only used it once…On the practice range. 
I don’t play with tanks for the most part, so any tank I won was going to sit unused.
