Will it be a founder’s pack like for normandy and moscow which will be withdrawn from the game once the OBT is in progress or a definitive pack in the game?
well, just like the CBT premium squads, they are going to be the same ti’ll the end of the game life service support.
although, they might get tweaked down the line like it happened for the previous. ( and i said, Might. so they can change, or remain the same. )
but considering that they required 6 months to actually change them, you should be fine in others 6 months with those premium squads.

I think OP is asking if the pack will remain for sale after the closed beta ends, or if the pack will disappear like the founders packs did.
for what i meant just like cbt premium squads, that those are gonna expire as well .
it’s a marketing move of the " limited edition ".
or maybe not actually, leave an option for the players to buy more stuff if they want.
everything can happen i guess.
