Not exactly, but yes. “Rally point” or “spawn point,” and “radio squad.”

I like the idea, but only for the radioman squad, not radiomen in other squads, and 1 per player, and not on the same cooldown as artillery, and only in the same areas as other drops are available.

It would kind of be like pre-paratroopers. Para-drop a spawn point.
