People are camping way worse than before. Half of the team seems to be trying to camp with a sniper.
Interestingly enough you can get it organically with Semis and Autos (how I did it) in one game if its a reasonable game.
People I think have some misconception that you need to do it via just a sniper.
It does suck how some events force a certain playstyle though.

It’s easier using sniper rifles
Ain’t this whole sense of thematic events (like this one about special forces and their fight approach)
It might potentially be easier for snipers, but I had zero issues doing it without. I’m not about to handicap my team on account of an event.
I do like the themes , just merely griping at the results that happen for them.

Yeah, You’re right. Everything has its own disadvantages
and its waaayyyyyyyyy easier using high firerate low damage smg’s
dont even have to aim, just point and shoot and half your kills will just magically end up being headshots

yes, but you won’t have finesion of sniper rifle 
It was a bit pain in the ass but I got 30 headshots in two games. I have played quite a lot of games today and havent seen any more camping than usual
Did my 30 headshots mostly with the PPSh. Doing headshots with LMGs are a bitch to do.

headshots way easier with autos. Don’t even have to try hard
Tips for effective alternatives to sniping:

As said, use high ROF - low damage SMGs.
-(Echoes of PPSH and PPD sound from afar)- -
Use 2-hit-kill rifles. 1st shot at torso (easier target), 2nd shot at head while the target is downed (stationary, can’t react), it DOES count.

how camping with a sniper rifle can be easier to get headshots than actually aiming your crosshair head high less than 10 meters away with a fast firing smg and do the task on a single life?
