Thanks for the buff guys, really appreciate it. Overall I really like the new feeling of Quake with WWII skin in general though. super realistic. There is now even less of a reason to use bolt guns though.
Great job. Love full auto mag dumping entire squads at 80 meters with my thicc chad Mkb.
Oh no not all. All end game campaigns are the same now with full autos everywhere and on everyone. Soon they’ll add the KV1 to Moscow and then the Tiger to tunisia to just finish it off.
all of them are dogshit. quite literally all, if you are coming from the perspective of authenticity. Only thing that really saw combat in 1944 were unit armorer level conversions done for the ranger battalions landing at pointe du hoc. (speaking of the F/A M1 carbine)
I agree, we’ve definitely crossed the rubicon, which was my point with Norse. Adding the Mkb and STG is not the time to be like “woah this is a bridge to far” the bridge was passed fucking months ago lmao.
And I’m sure the nay-sayers will be more amenable when some more prototypes or rare american/russian weapons get added.
Whole point of this thread though: These accuracy changes will not benefit the vast majority of players. They will benefit the top 5% of players who consistently dominated the top 3 positions on the score board.
I just feel like all the campaigns will, at the end, all be essentially the same with a few top level assault rifles and tanks and everything else is made irrelevant
The P40 prototype was never given any optics aside from the driver’s port and gun sight, so either it would have to be fantasy, or unrealistically gimped because it would have gotten some later.
It is “Heavy” italian tank, by most standard considered to be medium, has pretty decent armor and little better gun that Semovente 75/32 has right now.
Semovente 75/32 was never in Africa too, soo i dont think that is some problem for devs right now.
