I used to make a lot of posts during closed beta about mounted MG’s. One of my most suggested machine guns was the shielded M1910 Maxim heavy machine gun. I also made active polls where I asked other players if they wanted a DP on sandbags or a maxim gun to be used by soviet engineers and most of them agreed on maxim gun, later I made another poll asking them if they want maxim to have a shield or not and most of you said yes.
Today a new campaign was announced and we have a new MG leaked. I don’t know if my posts influenced the development of this weapon but I still want to thank the developing team for introducing it. Thank you darkflow
