What do you think the reason I stopped playing br 5 was? Why do you think I was so excited for this change and saying that I’m gonna come back to it after this update?

I highly highly doubt the SF pushed you away from playing br 5. And another thing I don’t understand, if they trully are too easy to use, how come 99% of the playerbase struggles to use them properly ? Surely, if it was so easy, everyone would just go ham with 150kills + no ?

They are easy to use. But enlisted playerbase has a room temperature iq. And what in my actions have not reflected that it’s pushed me away? I advocated for select fire nerfs long before this, and now that they were gonna get nerfed I kept talking about how excited I was to come back to br 5 and play more br 4.

You should link a replay of those pesky SF 9 man users, so I can judge for myself how that game went.

You know what I see way way more than rifleman squads ? MG squads. Ever since the prone recoil buff happened, MG squads make up a large percentage of all squads I see.
Why? because it is very very easy to prone and just shoot at the moving enemies. It is basically 0 recoil. Do you also think MG’s shouldn’t be that easy to use ?
Machine guns are slow, can’t one shot, and have movement dispersion. Pls make a good argument instead of this disingenuous attempt. Even assuming that most ppl didn’t like the recoil changes majority of ppl agreed that select fires are problematic. Ur close to on your own for this one.
So what now, are SFRs getting nerfed or not? Or is it the better idea to generally buff ARs instead?
What I meant by that, is that people will always play the easiest to get kills weapons. Using MG’s is low effort, you can sit in any window, corridor or road, and wait for your enemies.
If the select fires were easier to use than MG’s, I would see 9 man squads left and right, no ? But I don’t. Why is that ?
Ar to my knowledge are still getting buffed. Select fire changes are not happening. The biggest change of this update is no longer happening and we are left with slop

I would like you to play some BR5 with the OP select rifles and 9 mans for all of us to see how much damage you can actually do with them, maybe you will convince more people of how much of an issue they are.
