[Test Server] Add a Canteen to the New USMC Rifleman Tunic

The new “Rifleman” loadout for the usmc cosmetics is missing a flask. Saying as he is fighting in the tropical regions in the Pacific, it would make sense that he as a canteen

I know, Optimally they would do that, however they only have single canteens available as of now

Oorrrrrrr, they could have canteens, grenades, pouches, etc, all actually reflect the real loadout of the soldier.

That don’t match their actual loadout.

I was thinking just cosmetically to have a couple, Japanese would make better use of multiple usable canteens because of their TT sword .
