I am speaking from new player perspective. There should be a way to play squads or solo fighter without tanks and planes. With my 30h gametime i cant 't do anything to planes and tanks can just stay far away and “snipe” me if only new player could get a Panzerfaust or PIAT on the start to deal with those snipers that would be quite balanced but what can i do to destroy planes? If possible improve visuality. My 90% of kills and deaths were caused by a player that i can’t see even if killer in squads is marked for you still probably won’t kill him if he is far away or in the bushes.
After you learn how kill them with infantry you are able to shot dawn plane with rifle and place deathpaks in tank butt withaut problem

This game is not new player friendly
The tank can either snipe the objective from a spot which you can easily flank, or can sit outside the battlefield and snipe, which means he can’t have a good visual on the objective itself (meaning he simply blocks one of many paths to the objectives). Tanks are a joke to kill, learn to cook tnt, throw it at either top of the tank, below it, or just to the side. Boom, one shot.
You get them at lvl 8 tho? You have 30 hours gametime and you aren’t even level 8? I feel like that is as close to “new player” as it can get. Not to mention AT infantry weapons are more of a “risk less” alternatives to tnt then “snipe” alternatives. If a tank is sniping you from across the map, you won’t be able to return fire with a PIAT or Sturmpistol. Also you can just mark the tank for your bomber.
Is this a same point? Like improve visibility of the planes? Or do you want a visual weak spot on the plane? I’m not following. Regarding “destroying planes” you can build AA (tho it is currently really weak due to the plane hp overbuff) or just learn to fly a plane yourself. You don’t have to be good at it, just learn a fighter. Shoot down a bomber, suicide, continue you infantry day.
I’m not saying this hasn’t happened to me, but it’s once in a millennia. You can clearly see where are shots coming from thanks to them looking like lazer beams and you get a red highlight of the killer. You can either shoot into the bush, you will hit eventually. Or just walk around if you are bad at long ranges.
Explosive packs… they should be darn near on everyone of your soldiers. Just cook them off for a bit be for throwing as the tank wont have time to drive away then.
Planes though… yeah, the planes kind of suck the way they are handled and the only real counter is another plane.
having to dedicated all my infantry squads to Anti-tank because they are spammed so much sure makes for compelling gameplay. Can’t carry anything but AT grenades because soon as one is destroyed it is instantly respawned by another person.
There’s zero consequence to just spamming tanks and planes at all times.
explosive packs work for everything and are the best all around grenade in the game. I’m not saying I agree with this dynamic; however, that is the case.

oh no, I agree. P much everyone I have is equipped with all the det packs I can afford.
I’ve spent entire matches just blowing up tanks and ended up with 20 tank kills.
Countering the endless stream of vehicles has completely over shadowed the infantry warfare.
played around yesterday…between artillery barrages and being bombed by aircraft, I lost at least 50% of my squads. And if they are shooting for realistic…THERE WERE NO German aircraft around on or near the D-Day invasion force. Two fighters one captained by ?, his last name was Gallant and he wrote a book about how the allies completely destroyed the German air force around France before D-Day.
Is simple there is a small ammount of people wo play germany because play the same faction in 3 campagni is boring, really is boring so the game for compensate this add bot squad with fake player name for fill the team and start play but the enlisted bot are stupid to much stupid are unable to use a veichle or fixed wapon so for they figth a human player is impossible so in normandy e berlin germany always/much of the time lost
