Tank viewing ports unusable and a way to solve this

Have you ever used other viewing ports in a tank beside gun sight or front driver one? Me neither!

For me the system of viewing ports in a tank should work something like in planes now with a bit of snapping;
You would have a free control of your head in tank just like in planes and by moving head you would be able to sellect a viewing port you want to snap on by clicking on it. This way the “all viewing ports in a tank are usable by the player” mechanic will be much better than cycling animations like now.

I am especially talking about german tanks. The comander in this had a special coupola that provided him with excellent vision, but in game he is literally unusable cose if you want to look behind you for example you would have to cycle through all animations to get to that specific port you want to see through

Finally someone resuggests something i suggested all the way back in Closed Alpha Testing.

I dont think it needs fixing IMO

This isn’t a milsim or a hardcore sim.

Stuff like that can be found on HLL or PS.

changing veeweing ports is alredy a mechanic in game i just want to make it comfortable to use

They already have cockpit mode for planes with solid components (i.e. instruments) and glass. They need to do the same for tanks where you can see from all of the viewports and “use” the viewport if you want a better sight out of that specific one.
