I like FPS lock of tanks but the confer peeping out can he at least keep his head down a bit more he has half the body hanging out

Please use punctuation marks, I can hardly understand what you wrote.
I think he wants to suggest that tank commanders should be a bit more careful when looking from opened cupola, right now they are too exposed.

I’m in favor of more freedom for the tank commander in general.
Switching viewports from within the tank should be more fluid as well, and any view should be able to order the gunner to fire on targets they see, though aiming from driver view would be tricky to implement.
Seems odd that the commander can order the tank to fire if the hatch is open but not when it’s closed.
