Tank Spawns on Start Up | When This Finally Fixed?

I don’t know how many times i have seen this on different factions and maps but how hard is to fix it?
Got my ride out by this friendly dude.

In the end got around 7500 points on this match but Team USA almost got one objective what would have been shameful display for the Emperor.
