More an idea for discussion than a real suggestion: Tank crew that does not fit into tank spawns near tank and follows.
Otherwise I dont know why we can have up to six tankers in a crew that can field a tank with max crew of 3.
To have enough crew slots for later tanks? The trailing crew would just die instantly so theres no point implementing this.

Maybe they get killed fast, but who cares. You paid the spawn points for squad anyways.
