After the tank crew members get off the vehicle to repair the tank and return to the tank, they will find that the order of members has changed, such as the driver acting as a loader. Add the function of locking tank crew members to avoid these

Annoying but not as stupid as the game prioritising its own order rather than letting you crew the gunner and loader.

everytime i exit as the commander and enter the tank the mg gunner leaves
Although it is an issue, with the new perk system you can pretty much just get all the best ones on every crew member, so they will all be cross trained.
Which historically tank crew were anyway
