When the commander of the Type 97 medium tank sticks his head out of the hatch, visibility is very poor because the head is only slightly exposed, making it impossible to use binoculars. Therefore, I would like the ability to adjust the position of the head when it is sticking out of the hatch.
If the head is kept low, visibility is poor but the risk of being shot is reduced; if it is raised higher, one can use binoculars.
