However you can NOT openly discuss content from the tests where the NDA still applied. You can only upload footage of the closed beta test, no footage from before.
I saw few enlisted streams on twitch. Is this legal?
As barry stated they are allowed as long as stuff from the alpha tests is not disclosed. For example, streaming you looking at some old screenshots from when you were under NDA would not be allowed.

Stuff from alpha is gameplay recorded / screenshots from before the premium squads were available.
It sounds weird for me. For example maps are before the premium squads were available, so this is alpha “illegal” stuff and I can’t stream it?
No. It is in a sense of time. If you made a video like 2 weeks ago, before the premium squads were available, that video can not be published. Video’s recorded after the squads were released can be published just fine.
If you got into this test by buying one of the squads, it means you had no chance to ever record something before the start of the beta test so you can stream just fine.

There was a closed Alpha test prior to this Closed Beta Test which is still under NDA.

you CAN stream the game live. The stuff that is prohibited is streaming you looking at old alpha footageyou recorded, or publishing said old alpha footage. “Old alpha footage” are any video’s or screenshots that were created BEFORE the start of CBT, aka BEFORE the 9th of november.
There IS NO NDA on Closed Beta Stuff, what is so hard about that?
If you didnt sign any NDA stuff, you can almost do anything freely. Though there are still some things like EULA, or whatever.
It remind me of someone streaming RTX30s before its launch, but he bought it from some places and didnt sign any NDA, so he didnt have any responsibility.

ANYTHING BEFORE Enlisted was in CBT IS not to be shown. You can clearly see a Alpha word above to your right so you know its ALPHA Footage.
If you wanna stream NOW enlisted in the current state its totally fine. You can see me stream without getting ny head biten off by keo or disconnect so you are definetly fine o7.
