the rear MG gun need to be buff , it’s nothing but a pea shooter . Seriously , i shot at least 400 rounds into the enemy plane and yet it’s still fine as new.

Yes agree. But on other hand, they need mag capacity and reload animations as well.

This is a common question: does the MG in enlisted do less damage to the aircraft than the warthunder?
based on playing experience, some MGs (tank, plane) lose a lot of damage over distance, unlike wt. on the other hand, deployable HMG by engineer feels like it’s better than in wt.
Yes, when controlled by player this is very necessary.
When an AI gunner hits my plane a few times, it is wrecked.
When I use the tailgunner and hit the enemy plane dozens of times, there is almost no damage.
