mp-38 should be at tier 2. Currently germany will only have foreign smgs in tier 1-2 excluding mp-28 and mp-3008.

I see Soviets are lacking in AT department at tier 2, but they have best rifle (Winchester) ,t-50, PPS-43 and plenty of powerful planes to destroy panzers. So we will see. That nade launcher spam will be probably unbearable to play against no matter the side.

Early semi-autos gewehr41, svt-38, type hei(5round) or smg like mp38 also could be tier 2(seeing that m1 carabine is on tier 2 allies and this gun is soo under-rated). Sov would need some light at launcher too. Maybe land-lese m1 bazooka or smth
