It seems Japan has an advantage over the USSR: whenever Japan is missing certain equipment, it tends to get added in the next update. Meanwhile, many of the Soviet Union’s issues remain unaddressed with no buffs in sight.
Shortages of light machine‑guns, viable tanks, and fighter‑bombers with proper ordnance load‑outs create a severe barrel‑effect weakness across the tech‑tree. Compared to the Soviet side, Japan’s treatment is almost enviable. It is puzzling how quickly Japan’s gaps get filled. Even titles such as CoD, Easy Red, Hell Let Loose and Squad do not grant Japan such favourable treatment.
Enthusiasm comes purely from passion. That said, he seems to have made a comeback on the Russian‑language forum, though he may not return to the English‑language boards.

Type hei is unique with its 30-round magazine, and Type 100 MG is the AN/M2 Stinger in the tech tree. The Kikka has an 800kg bomb and is much better than the Me262 and Su-9. What more needs to be said about the Ho-ri? It boasts a massive 105mm main gun and 220mm + 15mm (camouflage) armor. All along, a whopping 1,000 horsepower engine!
The current downsides of Japan’s Tier 5 fleet are likely the absence of Tier 5 assault rifles and bombers. The Ki-83 is an interceptor, not a bomber. Japan is currently the strongest faction in Tier 5. They even have katanas standard.

Are you joking? That’s way too modest, almost self‑deprecating. Japanese automatic rifles have among the lowest recoil. Compared to other nations, claiming near‑zero recoil alongside their high rate of fire is even an overstatement.

Japan’s 9‑man full‑power‑ammo squad is genuinely terrifying. Even without automatic rifles, every man carrying a low‑recoil light machine gun is already extremely formidable. Right now, the best‑performing automatic rifle is America’s T‑20.

But turning the suggestion forum into a wish-granting machine where every half-baked prototype gets a green light isn’t how this works. A suggestion has to consider the actual state of the game, the existing balance, and whether adding it would be healthy for everyone — not just for the person posting it.
When a suggestion is built purely on “this would make my faction/BR better” and ignores every objective reality about how it’d actually fit, it stops being feedback and starts being a fantasy wishlist. And honestly? That kind of post is selfish, and it’s exhausting to wade through.
