what are you babbling about? making everything the same is not the way a game should be designed and making svt38 dogshit for made up reasons because germans couldnt make a decent semi auto is not a good way to do so
just like it wasnt good for the game adding as44 and other stuff
It’s not about making everything the same… it’s about not having something that vastly out shines all of its counterparts.
Dogshit? Are you saying giving it clip reload will make it trash? You are definitely blowing it out of proposition.
And made up reasons? You are aware that the magazine was not the preferred option among troops right? It was unreliable and not produced as much as the clips.
Please, entertain me on how that’s a made up reason… it’s called balancing.
Keep in mind that again I’m on the side of keeping its magazine… you don’t have to be ignorant though.
Not sure what Germany during the second world war has to do with 3 out of 4 factions asking for a realistic and reasonable balancing change in this game, especially since statement is baseless, historically Axis did field decent semi-automatic rifles.
Besides, how would SVT-38 become “dogshit”? Players are literally asking for it to be brought to the same level as other TT BR3 rifles. Same damage, same reload speed…
What now?
The SVT-38 is a gas-operated rifle with a short-stroke, spring-loaded piston above the barrel and a tilting bolt,[3] a system that would later be used in the FN FAL.[11] The SVT-38 was equipped with a bayonet and a 10-round detachable magazine. The receiver was open-top, which enabled reloading of the magazine using five-round Mosin–Nagant stripper clips.[11] The sniper variant had an additional locking notch for a see-through scope mount and was equipped with a 3.5×21 PU telescopic sight.[11]
SVT38 being mag loaded is realistic and reasonable
