Personally, I’m absolutely not a fan of rifles that require loading via two stripper clips, and I believe every faction should have access to rifles like the M1 Garand and the SVT-38. Japan could be given a different variant of the Type Hei/10 rifle, while Germany could receive the ZH-29, with its damage reduced to match the SVT-38—or perhaps another rifle from the ZH series.
There’s actually significant advantages between the G43 and G41, such as sight, mag over clip reload, between accuracy, improved damage range, etc. So it’s a no.

Not sure what Germany during the second world war has to do with 3 out of 4 factions asking for a realistic and reasonable balancing change in this game, especially since statement is baseless, historically Axis did field decent semi-automatic rifles.
Besides, how would SVT-38 become “dogshit”? Players are literally asking for it to be brought to the same level as other TT BR3 rifles. Same damage, same reload speed…
