Make the Supply Drop resupply Medkits as well. Supply Drops are a cool ability that can really support the team but they are kind of lackluster as ammo and logistics aren’t really as important in game as they should be. Giving the Supply Drop Medkits as well greatly increases its functionality and makes it much more useful. It will supply ammo and meds!
In battlefield V, calling in a supply drop is calling in a ammo and med station, why not, it probably would make it used more.
I would even take it one step further. Allow weapons to be taken from supply drops just like paratrooper boxes. Then people would actually use them.

It won’t make the Medic obsolete. The Medic can heal and revive troops directly. The Supply Drop just gives the team logistic support.
Which they hardly ever do - in practice they just drop med boxes - this would just make them even more useless.
I too make an effort to actually do the Medic’s job healing and reviving the team, no matter how pointless it may seem
Medics would be a lot more functional if the AI medics in your squad would actually heal nearby allies automatically. From my understanding, they are coded to do so but rarely ever do.
