Supply Drop No. 4: EVENT QUESTION

I posted a question about the event yesterday; unfortunately, before all of my questions were answered, a moderator closed the post. The original question is posted below (in quotes), with an additional, more specific question regarding the time so as to avoid confusion.

“Supply Drop No. 4: Isn’t this event supposed to activate again today? Does anyone know what time this is supposed to happen?” To be more specific, at what time does this event reset? 9:00 a.m.? 1:00 p.m.? I’m in the U.S.—and I believe the servers are on the East Coast; so, could you please provide the reset time based on this server?

It reset today at around 9 AM for you. Assuming you’re also on the East Coast.
