What will be our choice of weaponry?
Are we going to re-equip all our assaulter squads etc with the new Suomi, or are we sticking with the STG?
Keen to hear thoughts - think i’m sticking with the STG

i dont use either regularly tbh
but if i had to choose, suomi on tankers/guerillas
STG on assaulters
but my advice for BR5 is, take in at least 3 9 man rifleman squads ALL with SFs, dont use the mg option/ assaulter on them in upgrades
You can use both, but the STG is recommended for mid- and long-range combat due to its higher damage.
My choice will be exactly like for my Soviets and allies:
Both!
A stg44 squad, AND a a Suomi squad. One for medium range engagements, open fields, larger cap zones, the other for close range, and indoors fighting.
I have my nine man FG42II squads, however my favorite lineup includes my three Sniper assault squads. I don’t use any scopes so basically this gives me three additional five man assault squads. As far as the Suomi goes, I don’t have the Suomi flamer squad, just the base Suomi assaulter squad which is in my BR5 lineup, but I don’t use it much. I mainly use my StG44 squads.
My three sniper squads are all setup this way except the other two have engineers in place of the radioman.

Why not use normal assaulters instead?
What you use are just assaulters WITHOUT vitality?
do u not like carrying extra ammo with the ammo pouch?
I have chosen this over the extra primary for like all my class of soldier because I burn through ammo
also, i cannot aim. Might explain it
the STG with scope is like the best gun

It really comes down to personal choice. Of course STG-44’s for the assault engineers, but the rest is up to you

I like to do this with the premium gewehr 41 Sniper squad since they got 16 vitality
At this point, I don’t even have space for tech tree weapons, lol.

Yes for those it works… but regular snipers are capped at 14 vitality…
I just wonder about @Luvs2spooge tactic
