Simple. If you suicide bomb (slam into the ground a few seconds after bombing/rocketing), You get a penalty.
Either a ten minute lock out of ALL aircraft slots, a lock out the rest of the match, or if possible it gives you double the amount of NEGATIVE points so you dont get any reward after the match.
TL;DR: Fat punishment for rodents that suicide bomb.

i agree… i most times just bomb run then hit suicide on esc menu and move to another squad. there must be some penalty placed around it besides a timer on the next squad if i over do it.
A lock on ALL plane squads the entire match, so people cant just cycle thru several plane squads the entire time. Its absolute fucking AIDS.
To hell with it, aggreed. I was originally against this idea because a lot of newbie pilots do it by mistake rather than on purpose (and it’s easier to convince a nun to do group anal than it is to convince a newbie to use practice mode), but now seeing the increase of players that actually demand you to suicide bomb (“Dont waster a time, bomber and suisad” - actual quote), I am all for it.
right now with multiple planes its better to just bomb , hit suicide, next squad repeat.
its the fastest way to earn xp and level said soldiers, its a stupid design and needs to be revised.
right now i have 5 planes on berlin, 3 of them have bombs on the payload.
ju-87, bf109 g-6 and the me 410 b-1, i can easly do the previous, bomb - esc - suicide - repeat. without losing time or any penalty to refill my bombs. since i m on the defending team most of matches.
its wrong. and should be revised. but i dont want for my planes to be locked after i use them once. there must be another way.
I found that if i do it alot of times , a timer will apear and have to wait up to 2 min for the next plane squad, aint enough. must be revised.
Tbh that was just excuse used by people who loses 14 squads in first 5 minutes in invasion
Also can you guys imagine face of some new poor fella who get bombed in capzone and is sent back spawn point that is campped until end of match by tanks and machinegunners while bombs keep dropping right in… Newb hears that there is some mysterious counter measure to planes and its built by engineers…
After hours long grind he finaly manages to open engineers squad and builds his first “anti aircraft” gun… Even if he manages to score hit with that slowly turning piece of shit, only thing he managed to accomplish was he revealed his position to pilot whos intention is not even live 2 seconds after bombs explode. Next plane will come straight to his aa gun make that engineer regret he ever pulled that hammer from his pocket
Yeah, he will surely buy some stuff with real money after that and not just uninstall right away
Suiciding planes are disgusting, however it is sometimes the only way to save Gernany in Berlin when all other teammates are bots (in that case it’s just delaying the inevitable defeat)

I would give a warning for 1st suicide and penalty for the 2nd one. To give a chance if somebody had an actual accident.
huge agreement, im quite sick of getting kamikaze’d by stukas 30 seconds after spawning in a tank or building an AA position to have it slammed into before i can even lift the gun skyward, and suicide bombing is one of the biggest problems in WT for me; if this game lets it slide it’ll be the death of tanks in squad mode.
Not only tanks, it is annoying if you play any ground force. I’m honestly sick of people that sit in plane whole battle and just farm kills with no brainer plane that can be used even by monkey.
Bad damage models dont help either.
not to mention, this is mostly experience of 50kg and 100kg bombs, the 250kg bombs are an absolute nightmare to face and can literally singlehandedly wipe 3/4 of a team during invasion
