I have been surfing around the suggestion categories for a while and I have noticed that I have not seen any suggestions recently accepted or at least forwarded to the developers for consideration. Surely there must be some suggestions that are worth to be implemented in the game.
When was the last time that a suggestion is accepted/forwarded?
Theres also a good chunk of suggestions that offer 0 improvement or are extremely cost inefficient
And the actually good suggestions often are incomprehensible for your average Enlisted player so they get flooded with negativity
And finally, finally the minimal amount of suggestions that are both good and supported by this community have to be accepted by the devs and goals/priorities they set up - which is the part that sucks because a lot of balance changes are held back by their weird selective historical accuracy changes
Iâm just a mere moderator. I, and the rest of us, have no bearing on what the devs or the CMs want to share. Weâre just here to stop you all from falling out with each other.
I never really ask for content or things to be added to the game, but a clan system and the ability to play with M&K on consoles would give this game a real adrenaline rush.
I have never been on Enlisted subreddit and donât want to use Reddit. Thus, I couldnât tell if the suggestions in Reddit are better or worse than in forum.
In my opinion, some of the suggestion (e.g Points adjustment) here in the forum could be implemented and actually amke the game experience better.
But still, your explanation makes sense. Thank you for your reply.
I mean there was certainly a period of time where mods could pass along suggestions, even if the devs dont listen, the shear act of the mods saying they did it, makes a world of difference.
@GeneralBrus I wouldnt call it irrational tbh, a whole lot of it is justified, and its the same sort of negativity your Dad might have in you when you fuck up big, we arent angry, just disappointed.
Suggestions⊠Well, with all the suggestions I have put forth, I can honestly say only one has ever come to fruition. That being to drop the rider class from BR2 to BR1, and I canât even say if my suggestion had anything to do with it. No other suggestion has ever appeared to get a sniff.
Now, that being said I think people need to understand just how many suggestions are put forth here on a daily basis, I canât count how many different suggestions I see every day, and there are only so many the Devâs could actually address, whether they are or not I canât say. I would think that if the same suggestions are put forth by many people then it should be addressed by the Devâs, however 99% are never going to see the light of day.
Forum is probably the worst, but reddit is not far behind
A lot of suggestions regarding uniforms fall into âwould be cool but itâs insanely expensive to implement for its QoLâ
Then most suggestions regarding balance are just straight up bad, and even some good ones are faced with backlash because most Enlisted players donât go past the idea of âI die to it = OPâ
And then there are plenty of rather nice and easy suggestions. I suggested to add 4th infantry slot not so long ago but thereâs been dead silence on it. It should be easy to do and would improve the QoL for the players significantly
Someone suggested changing the tank customization to have more options and silver customizations. Some people had bit weird ideas but the core of âcurrent system sucksâ was there - again it wouldnât be that hard to add a handful of emblems or objects
Even something as simple as ability to seel appearance orders has been gone unnoticed
Gajin is slacking but itâs definitely not because they refuse to spend 1000 man-hours on a change that will change virtually nothing, but because there are plenty of issues and glaring balance issues that they just refuse to fix
2024 roadmap was almost completed⊠and we are close to 2026⊠still no new frontline, no keyboard support for consoles and idk if announced tutorials are even in the game alongside better description of game mechanics.
half of the roadmap could have been finished in a month or two by one programmer, not to mention whole dev team.
my most recent suggestion that got forwarded. idk about others.
