Suggestions for more realism

When I saw the last update of the game, I saw that I was going to a more realistic path so I will leave some ideas. Have one lieutenant per team. All tank crew members must be real players. Divide the team into 6 or 8 people, the second lieutenant should be democratically elected and he should consult orders from the leader. Saying all this would be nice to remove the bots from solo mode. Add more countries in a single campaign. Ex: In Stalingrad Germans, Romanians and Hungarians fought together.

I have forgotten to add that it would be good if they add surrender if the second lieutenant authorizes it.

You know what? This sounds really tedious. Having to hold elections before every game? Get real. How do I decide, which total stranger I should vote for? Should we have a debate first?
Also, tanks crewed only by players? That would require voice chat functionality and all players must be able to speak the same language.
Bots are only used because there aren’t enough players. If there were no bots, waiting times to find a match would be much longer (personally I wouldn’t mind that).
More countries should be added by way of having squads, that are exclusively staffed by soldiers of a certain nation, but they fight together with other countries of the same faction in matches. That way, you have less grind, as equipment would be shared between all squads regardless of country.

¿?There is no problem speaking English. Adding servers in specific areas would avoid speaking in English. There is a voice chat. Having more countries in the two factions would be much better, you can even expand the arsenal of each country. So what is your comment going to? pajero
