Pls get rid of how random bots can steal plane kills. It’s bare annoying when I put a couple hundred .50s or whatever into a plane for some rando console kid to get the kill because his bot decided to ping the tip of the wing with his shitty default springfield the millisecond before the plane goes down. Old school warthunder ass ting, just takes away any incentive for people to use an already barely useful class.
Which campaign has multiple planes in the air ATM?
Because I just finished both factions of Normandy, mostly as infantry, and would
love to join a campaign that actually had the possibility of multiple dogfights.
all campaigns techincally can but the general rule is 1 fighter and 1 attacker active at the same time, p-38G counts in the attacker slot for some reason
I know, but I’ve been in Normandy for a solid month and was asking if there was a campaign with
active dogfighting ATM….lots of planes in the air….attackers or fighters, I just would like a change of pace
ah then no, it’s mostly just people ignoring others though i have had some interesting fights on tunisia
Honestly one can’t say. It just depends what type of players are online. Most people don’t care for ground teamplay at all let alone trying to shoot down bombers because it isn’t rewarded, plane models are still fucked after months
not only that, but the bf110 on moscow is still a fighter. axis can have 2 very capable CAS up at all times, given a team that knows what its doing. not sure which is worse, the fact that a20/p47 can be blocked by useless new players o that axis can have 2 CAS up at any time
I get that, but it seems that before I started grinding both factions of Normandy, there were many more planes in the air, no matter what time I played.
That was because bombs used to be better and people spamed them in Normandy.
Might happen again in Normandy with the event P47 being added. Premium players with an extra slot could spam P47 - p38j - P47 kamikaze style and since not many Allied players are currently flying, that rotation could last for a big chunk of a mission.
