please a way to be able to organize the tank crew during the match would be a dream. whenever I left the tank with a crew member who is not the commander, or left with everyone, their composition becomes a mess. especially the loader (who is always the only one with the loading skills) who always ends up in other seats, and it’s impossible to put him back in place.
So, what I’m asking for is a way to send a crew member to change places with another. Or that crew members automatically change places with each other, prioritizing their original role. (as long as an exchange is possible, where a crew member is occupying the role of another crew member who is still alive)

It would be nice IF ALLREADY BEFORE DOING THIS we can have the order we choose in the lobby and not a random order because of a stupid bug
