So we all know there will be an event to give everyone two engineer squad while engineer can use assault rifle, and Stalingrad bundle holder can get the squads at the event start.
Use SOV as example, let’s say the event engineer squad is 1st Infantry Battalion, this is the one that everyone can get though event.
My suggestion is to give another same event engineer squad to Stalingrad bundle holder with name 2nd Infantry Battalion. Therefore, if the Stalingrad bundle holders want, they could get 2 event engineer squads for SOV.
Since there would be squad number limitation, so the game balance is still there but a nice memory could be presented to Stalingrad bundle holders.

I personally have a simple requirement for the squads themselves, not the event - squad size is 6 people.
5 engineers, one at / 4 engineers, two at.
I don’t want to see squads of 4 engineers in an event, that would be cheesy as much as premium engineer squads are cheesy.

No, this event created is to give opportunity to other player so there will be balance, you are defeating the purpose of this event by giving Stalingrad bundle player more squad.
If you are talking about the previous dev idea of limiting the number of squad of each type of squad to 2. That idea is most likely scrapped. Even if it is implemented, it will do nothing on this since the limit is 2 so you can just bring both squad.
If you are talking about the number of slot limitation, it is not a big deal for Stalingrad bundle player since they received slots as compensation.

Although this is a engineer squad, but dev can always creat a new type of squad, like “assault engineer squad”, with only 1 squad allowed battle. So in fact, dev does have the idea to balance it.

It’s supposed to be four squads, one for each nation, while Stalingrad owner would receive the German and soviet ones, they will still have to grind for the Japanese and US engineer squads.
Then what is the point of having two squad if you can only bring one?
Those Stalingrad bundle player won’t be happy, they will just blame dev for doing useless stuff.
I just hope these squad are not going to have binded some bad event AR to them.
I just want them to be able equip classic tech tree ARs.
I’m hoping to just have them in a squad of 5-6 bots.
