At the moment Torso come with Ammopouces, pistol-holster, gasmask canister, breadback tarp and so on.
In my opinion it would be better to divide it up into different elements, Meaning you get a Coat and it just changes the Coat, and then you can individualy buy the accessories like tarp gasmask Map pouch and so on.
Plus i would keep the ammo pouches out of customization, because they exist as items and determine the loadout of the soldier.

This is very good idea, personally I would appreciate if there was an option to change things such as collar tabs, squad leader would get proper insignia to distinct himself from other regular soldiers. However, I do not think they would allow players to individually change Gasbags, infantry pouches and etc. because it would ruin historical accuracy of the game, soldiers were issued with different loadouts throughout period of 1939-1945. So I would keep current costumization as optimal.
The thing about the Pouches and the Backpacks is, that its not just a visual thing its actually an itme in game.
I dont really think its beeing a good idea displayed therm, when the soldier is not equipped with it.
Other than those the tarb canteen Gasmask can be bundled up as it was historically issued cause its has no impact on actual items.
But id still keep it seperate from the coat.
