Can we see the addition of a new command wheel option to demand all members in the squad to place mines if they have them equipped?
I would prefer to have them clustered together in this way than have to switch to each soldier and place manually.
The risk of being killed while tediously switching between members & their active ‘item in hand slot’ is real.

Perhaps it would make them a bit more used in battle and thus bring more gameplay variety.
As they are now, almost no one bothers with them at all…

Fully agree. Having to circle on all soldiers just to mine a road it’s as tedious as it gets. Ai shall have the capability to place them as ordered
Bots need way more work
-options to repair the vehicle at player command
-options to suppress fire at request
-options to build at request
-options to man the aa gun or Ap gun and fire at enemys tanks/planes
-option to stay on ordered spot, and actually stay there.
-option to refill the ammo on crates as needed.
-option to man MGs on MG nests at player order.
And so on.
Bots are right now way too basic. Way way way to basic…
Absolutely agree with you - this actually sounds awesome.
However, consider the fact that after months they still haven’t fixed the damn FW190 cannon bug. Or implemented better vehicle damage models in general. They’re busy with Berlin balance right now, after that it will be Tunisia. God only knows when they’ll start fixing major bugs, adding more content to existing campaigns and improving the terrible AI.
Honestly, I wish they would iron out the bugs and balance in the campaigns we have NOW, rather than moving on to another campaign so soon.
