Premium squads worth buying are ones that have something uniqueness like a good weapon. With the addition of the 6 man slot on Premium squads, to make them more appealing would be instead of being able to add an AT soldier or 2nd Engineer, you give the option to also pick a Radioman in that place. I find TT options for similar type squads are more appealing as they are 7 or more soldiers and can add a Radioman. This would make buying more Premium squads appealing and sell more as I do miss the Radioman in my Premium line ups.
As well, some Premium squads become obsolete when Event squads come out as they are simply better. Assault Engineers make all of the Premium Engineers not worth it as they can be played on any BR where Premium versions are locked to the weapons BR of the squad…if you want to sell them, make their weapons interchangeable…this includes Rocket Artillery, any “collector” squad with a TT weapon, etc…if Soviet Paratroopers can do it, these should be able too as well.
A good start for BR4 Premium squads is to model them after the Japanese Type Hei Paratroopers. A good BR5 weapon on a BR4 squad, with additions like they are Paratroopers and have a weapon shield make them very appealing so they are still competitive when uptiered.
