Suggestion for balancing for the devs. (Really Long Text)

Hello, I had this ideia and I wanted to share it with the devs, seeing as in my experience what really makes the game unbalanced isnt just the players that have reached final campaign level, but also have enough equipment horded up to make each squad and grenanes spaming mgs spaming fest.

I call this the (War Effort Quota) (WEQ) , I named it this for in-game lore reason that each nation have several limits and logistical problems for their resources, but gives the devs needed tools to implement more balanced multiplayer.

So how does this work ? Well each squad is given and WEQ Value that has Cap . Ill Use a Rifle Squad as an Example.

So this rifle squad has a Cap of 1200 WEQ.
Then each weapon, item, explosive, and Soldier, and rank of a soldier is given also a numbered Value.
lets say you want a fully stacked squad of rifleman with m1 garand, some soldiers with 4 grenades, ammo bags, 4 health kits. mines binos side arms. with this new system would limit this. so you would have to mix it up and distributed certain weapons (late campaign weapons that have a higher value) with low end weapons.

In the end this system would force players to have a more varied arsennal and actually think of what soldiers take what in each squad.

This will also make veteran players have to actually use some sort of skill instead of just spamming a full mg42 squad with 4 grenades each soldiers.

You can go even further with this system and give squads that have a high WEQ Value. Take more time to be ready to spawn again.

You can even take notes from others games and have special days every week , where its FULL MOBILIZATION DAY, so there is no WEQ CAP.

The bad side of this is ofcourse veteran players will get shafted because they wont get to use all the toys they have hoarded since the open beta. And ofcourse there is also the problem that Premium Squads have a fully stacked weapons.

I think there will be a hard reset, this will open the door for developers to make some changes, compensation will be in the form of research points, I think.

Then your idea would be cool, generally the idea is super cool, it would greatly expand squad management and not just maxing everything out and that’s it.

of course premium squads wouldn’t have such restrictions wink wink

This work perfectly in rising storm 2 because of the multiplayer campaign, in enlisted maybe for costum

Never said it was, my point with this system is to make the game more varied instead of everyone using the same meta. I just used the mg42 as an example. If you want you can say a squad full of m1 thompsons or m2 carbines or ppsh. or whatever.

But I agree my english is very poor. Is that somehow problem? I don’t think so. I think everyone get the point.

I’d have preferred this instead of the war thunder br stuff.

We have BR stuff because after people complain that they cant use anymore full meta squad

AND full meta squad is what sell

Keep In mind i just want to make the game somewhat fair for everyone, from the newest of the new to the veterans. I really dont care about the “this weapon is op , this factions is op convo”.
