Suggestion: Adding strategic and tactical aspects for squads

Hello everyone,

Here is my suggestions to make the game more dynamic and unique:

  1. Adding multiple orders for squad:
    Instead of just using “X” button to give soldiers an order to go to a specific location, we can hold “X” button to open a new menu containing new orders like defending a specific point, being offensive to a point, make a specific formation (here we can develop this feature with diverse 3 or 4 possibilities like divide soldiers to separate into groups and give every group a specific order and so on…), also giving an order to follow me with a specific way (here i let your imagination to see what possibilities , i can suggest like following me by walking behind me or in front of me and so on… )

  2. Adding the possibility to give orders to a specific soldier:
    In addition to giving orders to all the squad, we can have the possibility to give some orders to a specific soldier, for example if the squad contains an engineer, you can give him an order to build something in a specific location, if we have a radio soldier, you can also give him the possibility to call its radio to trigger bombs in a specific location and so on…

  3. Using Map for the previous suggestions:
    We can have the same previous functionalities with a side menu on the map so that we can take it as a control menu to give different orders and tactics.

  4. Adding an important part of the world war 2:
    we don’t have to forget about “the resistance soldiers” part which also participated in the world war 2 like those who have been called “Al Fallaga” in Tunisia, they was a remarkable part of the war who fighted to protect their country against conquerors, if you need any historic information you can check this video on youtubeTunisian Fellaga and the independence battle

PS: I’m a software development engineer, and i know that developing features can take time and a lot of efforts also still some limits… but i wanted really to share with you some ideas that can help you to improve the game because i found this community is one of my best communities ever :smiley:

As tthe devs pointed out, additional commands will be added in the next update.
Personally i hope that the command system would be some kind of similiar to the one in the game “Freedom Fighters”(a littlebit older game).

can you please provide an example of specific commands that you propose to be added ? (i did not play Freedom Fighters that’s why :pensive: ) like that we can share a lot of ideas and we can also exchange :slight_smile:
