[suggestion]Add a complete Chinese faction

A comprehensive understanding of World War II history is extremely difficult, especially maintaining a neutral perspective. Therefore, the game Enlist maintains a neutral stance. It’s perfectly reasonable for people to want to recreate World War II history, learn about the war, and commemorate heroes. However, we should avoid excessive incitement of hate speech and involvement in political disputes. Doing so benefits no one and only exacerbates already intractable problems.

absolutely agree, and that’s why I would suggest add nice dudes like Saburo Sakai as hero for the game

I have never harbored hatred toward foreign players, nor have I ever sought to suppress any specific faction. Adding a Chinese faction is not merely about letting Chinese players vent anger—it is a matter of historical representation. I have never intended to create Sino-Japanese conflict or ruin the game. On the contrary, you have been constantly labeling me with these accusations. Are you so fond of putting labels on others? Are you running a “label factory”?

To be honest when all of your proposed SMGs and LMGs is already in the game. It does not feel unique enough for it’s own faction

This person keeps saying in my thread about bug feedback that I am an “evil” War Thunder player. At first, I was a bit angry, but later I realized that his comments were just funny. He can interpret a simple idea into various conspiracy theories. I now admit that he is the top person on this forum in terms of overclocking his brain, and he is also the person who most profoundly represents the term “fanatic convert” in my life

There is not enough. There’s barely any grassroots chinese weapons development during ww2, in particular the liu rifle and sichuan smg/thompson have already been taken by event/premium squads.

Just look at the list of infantry weapons you provided, each one of them plays the same as another foreign model! Plus none of the vehicles you provided are not foreign models.

This is not going to work, because ultimately you have a tree of copy-paste weapons in a game which emphasizes weapon diversity, and you split the japanese playerbase three ways, which is already the smallest playerbase.

Let’s be realistic here. This is not a project worth pushing for in this game.

You can give me one tech tree without the foreign weapons, and all you are left with are lymph nodes.

Ultimately, this game is about new content. While a shanghai map would be very cool, the chinese as a faction just lacks uniquely playable content.

For queue time considerations, you can’t split the playerbase even more without a good justification.

You also saw it.
He is highly controversial and carries significant political risks.

Can you take a close look? Many of these weapons don’t actually exist in the game at all.

So, I said, “Don’t form the Chinese faction.” Isn’t it better to fight against the Japanese camp using the Soviet camp or the American camp? ? ?

Your words are making my brain cells die. Can’t you just go check in the game yourself?

I know that discussing issues with someone who has extreme views is a complete waste of time. He interpreted my mere desire to see the Chinese faction in a game as inciting racial hatred, which made me laugh uncontrollably. I’ve never met anyone with such a leap in logic. Someone who can interpret A as D is truly beyond ordinary comprehension

So later I understood. Keeping the current four factions is actually quite good.
At least avoid quarrelling

he is trying to acuse me to “I want kill the game” when it’s quite the opposite, hell, it’s crazy and you know, this post should be closed and all we are involved muted for a while, including myself

I just want to add a Chinese faction. This post shouldn’t be closed.

It will never happen. As long as there are people who resent Japan’s unpunished crimes against the Chinese, there will always be violence and resentment that no one wants to endure.

Although the game is relatively stable in its current state, looking ahead to its future development, it seems to have reached a bottleneck, neither improving nor declining. The reduction in the scale of game development may also be related to this. Whether the game will eventually enter a stable phase or take a bold gamble on transformation depends on the planning of the development team

I voted yes, but China’s TT can only sustain up to BR3. I don’t want it to be as absurd as Japan’s BR5…

Hi guys
well, this suggestion can cause some drama, keep things away from politics as possible, also, feed the suggestion!, build a way and just think about everything related to the game and how we could introduce the faction you want, be detailed way possible.

My personal view is that even if the Chinese faction can only reach BR 3, it’s still acceptable. Think of it as if the game campaigns were before they were merged, with weaponry being from the early versions, and the weapon line being sufficient for novice players to fully develop in the short term. Additionally, because the Chinese battlefield has acquired and received assistance from various countries’ equipment, novice players can also become familiar with the gameplay and their own game style in this faction, before moving on to other main factions

Hi, bearded brother, I’ve always been a fan of your sound effect mods. If the official repair mod function is completed, would you consider continuing to update sound effect mods?
